A quote that sparked my thought on this is thank you Mr. Yamasaki:
“Train hard, be respectful, be courteous and true. Be an ambassador of MMA so that the world will know that the way TUF and the media has represented us, is not how we truly are. Be excellent to one and other. Do this for the sake of it needing to be done. Do this for you. Someday you may benefit from it. Everyday you will benefit from it.
In terms of our daily lives, even if we never received a single thing for it, I believe it has made my life a better one. But the fringe benefits have definitely been nice as well.” – Khru Yamasaki – www.damagecontrolmma.com
Honor – Integrity – Discipline – Respect
I want to spark a thought process. In no specific order the above are the values I want to remind everyone involved with Wyoming Combatives. Following these principles is a personal growth experience. These values should extent in all elements of what we do daily. People will look at you in a different light if you maintain these values.![]()
How we carry out things in our daily lives effects us in all elements of our lives. It doesn’t take much to let one of these values slip and are 10X harder to recover. Some of these values are effected my just subtle little things, that may not be real obvious from a first glance.
